The game organizer is Brezel Digitaler Assekuradeur GmbH.

The game runs from March 19, 2025, 10:00 AM CET to March 31, 2025, 10:00 PM CET. Adult cat and dog owners living in Germany are eligible to participate. The winner will be notified via private message on Facebook within 24 hours of the game ending. If the winner does not provide their email address for prize delivery and their express written consent to the publication of their profile name in the winner's publication within 3 days of the message sent via FB, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct. The organizer is not responsible for non-receipt of the prize if the email is incorrect or incomplete.

If the email is incorrect/incomplete and the organizer receives a notification, a new winner will be chosen.

The organizer is not responsible for the goods/services for which the voucher is redeemed, if the winner does not activate the voucher or is dissatisfied with the service/product ordered/purchased with the voucher, or is unable or unwilling to receive it.

The organizer is not responsible for the services provided by the retailer where the voucher is redeemed, or its suppliers and subcontractors. A winner post will also be announced on Facebook.

By commenting under the post, the entrant has read, accepted, and agreed to these game terms and conditions.

Participation is only possible during the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Only one entry per entrant/profile will be considered for the competition.

If the entrant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. The winner's email address will only be used to deliver the voucher.
